phplush Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phplush ("phplush," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phplush.co. phplush operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is governed by applicable Philippine law. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the phplush platform, including but not limited to bingo rooms, slot games, live dealer casino games, crash games, and fishing games.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phplush website or mobile application, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game offered through the phplush platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the phplush Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the phplush platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of phplush following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to phplush and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a person whom phplush has previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the platform for any reason.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phplush, nor an immediate family member of such a person, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must be of sound legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games on phplush, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each natural person may hold only one (1) phplush account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real full name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phplush will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your username and password. You must notify phplush support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): phplush may require identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals, as part of its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR licensing requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restriction.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your phplush account is personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, sold, or otherwise conveyed to any third party.

4 Deposits and Payments

phplush accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven via DragonPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• phplush does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which phplush accepts no liability.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phplush wallet in real time or within a few minutes. Delays attributable to payment processing networks are outside phplush's control.
• phplush reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where anti-money laundering procedures require additional due diligence.
• All financial transactions on the phplush platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5 Withdrawals

phplush is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your phplush account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud and money-laundering prevention measure.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within an average of five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day.
• phplush does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility.
• Prior to processing your first withdrawal, phplush will require satisfactory completion of KYC identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at phplush's discretion.
• phplush reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or as required by law or regulatory directive.
• Funds in your phplush account do not earn interest for any period during which they are held on the platform.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

phplush offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Specific wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet amounts applicable to each bonus are published on the relevant promotion page within the phplush platform.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• phplush reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to individual players.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated bonus harvesting, or other forms of collusion — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
• phplush is not responsible for errors in bonus amounts resulting from technical malfunctions, and reserves the right to correct any such errors retroactively.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phplush platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable rules for that game. The following general principles apply to all phplush games:

• phplush uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable game outcomes. RNG systems are subject to independent audit to verify statistical fairness.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers under professional oversight.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents the determination of a valid result, the affected round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance. This is the sole remedy for technical malfunction; no additional compensation is payable.
• Bets placed after the announced cut-off time for any game event will be voided. phplush is not responsible for late bets resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• phplush's decision on game outcomes, rule interpretations, and dispute resolution is final and binding, subject to the player's right to escalate complaints through the PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phplush platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR:

• Creating more than one account on phplush, whether personally or through associates;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to access or play games on the phplush platform;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the phplush platform to launder money or engage in any transaction in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate deposits made to your phplush account through your payment provider;
• Accessing the phplush platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward phplush staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

phplush reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phplush;
• At the request of the account holder, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools;
• As required by PAGCOR directive or applicable Philippine law.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via the last verified payment method on file, subject to applicable KYC verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

phplush takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides the following tools within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications after specified periods of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (30, 60, 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During the exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the phplush platform — including but not limited to software code, game content, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface design, and audio-visual elements — is the property of phplush or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phplush platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any phplush content without prior written authorization.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phplush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption. phplush's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their phplush account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phplush does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers may temporarily affect platform availability. phplush will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, players agree to notify phplush in writing of the nature of the dispute and allow phplush a period of thirty (30) calendar days to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players who remain dissatisfied with phplush's resolution may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channel.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phplush reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phplush will notify registered players by email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the phplush platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
